White Eagle - webcam
Eagle Whale - Description
The white-eared eagle is a predator of the hawk-eyed family.
He lives in Southeast Asia in the region from India and Sri Lanka to Australia. His closest relative is the Sanford eagle living on the Solomon Islands, with which he is a superstition. From a global perspective, it is little touched, but within South Australia and Tasmania it is considered a vulnerable species and is considered to be endangered within Victoria.
Eaglecam was founded in 2009 and has been broadcasting live broadcasts from the Nest Discovery Center ever since
in the Newington Nature Reserve in Sydney Olympic Park, near the Parramatta River.
The EagleCAM program was founded and funded by a small group of volunteers who continue to develop and operate the technology that brings Sea-Eagles to the screen. High definition VCRs provide a very good detailed view of all the actions on the nest. BirdLife Australia gives people the opportunity to observe birds in their natural habitat.
In the Sydney Olympic Park Sea-Eagles, eagles have slight distinct differences. These are not easy to see and can change with light and angle of view. The female Lady has a distinctive mottled pattern on the right wing. Male Dad does not have these characters. The female is larger than the male.

25.8 in our country 22.40 on camera already 26.8 06.44 eagles after waking up, a smaller eagle maybe 10 minutes, maybe even more fed and bigger, as if he couldn't sleep, didn't notice him, so the little one was really stuffed in peace, he has a nice big call and already nerve from the parent, quite slowly
24.8 on camera 06.25 a smaller eagle got a small fish, the older one didn't notice him at all
Good morning, today it is a pleasure to watch a smaller eagle, it has a full ruffle
Petro, it's controversial, save or not, what is the difference between an eagle and an eagle, they go to the eagles to ring, they touch them, yet their parents do not leave them, dogs and cats are saved, so why should not eagles that are an endangered species, I'm just so sorry about the little one, so we were glad that there isn't much difference between them when they turned out, so it's a mushroom valid, it's just my opinion on the hurt, I don't like it, the year before last, when it happened, it was the older eagle was punished, he stabbed himself on a branch somewhere and went looking for him, they can go to the park, what?... read more
The eagles are ringing, but did you notice Dasha at what age? So a week to 14 days before flying out of the nest. Eagles also circle on some nests. If the young eagles fly out of the nest, they can go to the area, so they went looking for him to help him in case of injury. If I remember correctly, I wrote updates to it, the eagle freed itself from that branch and was then seen on the nest, it was fine.
Good morning,
it's sunday 23.8 on camera time 16.43 older eagle has a stuffed call slowly that it breaks so he finally let the smaller one eat too, but he is still watching him, probably so that he doesn't eat too much and suddenly he's after a fish
23.8.camera time 13.03- female is beautiful. Perhaps both eagles will grow into this beauty - hopefully… 🙁
Good evening Petro,
time on camera 06.35 (in our country 22.35) is feeding, and the smaller one is turned again, he is very scared, as I observe them, I know that the young are on the nest for a long time alone, it says here that it is an endangered species, so they should take the smaller cub and put him in some rescue station to survive at all, I guess you'll write me it's nature, but it's unfair to starve him (or they can send him to me, I'll feed him),
we will cry again, then feed him with him again ??? !!!
Hello Dáša, several permits from state authorities are required to remove a chick from the nest, here the authorities do not allow it and entry into the area is strictly forbidden at the time of nesting. It could endanger the young and the parents. If the rescuers climbed into the nest of the parents, they could then stop caring for the haunted cub, it is possible that they would also leave the area.
Good morning,
22.8 on camera time 15.54 (7.54 our time) is just feeding and the smaller one is still basting with fear, grabs food from the parents' beak, it can be seen that he is afraid of blows when it stops Petro
Good morning Dášo, SE25 younger SE26 two days ago was brutally attacked since then he is very scared and doesn't eat much. SE25 gains strength with food and SE26, on the contrary, weakens. Unfortunately, if SE26 does not start fighting for food, it may turn out the same as the year before.
The first steps after the nest. 21.8. camera time 15.01 older eagle goes closer to food, later younger. Both are out of the pit for a long time. 🙂
I wish you a beautiful morning. 19.8. camera time 14.58 even a smaller eagle bastions, as for the race, handles even larger pieces. You recently told me here, Petro, that over time the rivalry will subside, I wish they did. Time 16.11 now snuggles together, the younger has his head resting on the older. Hopefully it will all be good 🙂
Hi Petro, it's 6.33 of our time 19.8 and we probably praised the older "bastard", we shouted it, now he started the smaller one for allowing himself to take one bite, pecking it in the head, but maybe it was just an accidental outage, I don't know what happens when I sleep, I see them in the evening, when it dawns on them, they don't even feed them right away, but I'll hold my fists, may he be a little lucky
Hello Dáša, I saw the attack of the younger eagle yesterday and it wasn't at all feeding, just like that… It is better to write time on the camera if it is there (it is not with some cameras) when something similar happens. In the morning you can check what was happening on the nest while you slept. The transmission can be returned by the red bar under the camera up to 12 hours back. Just click on the bar and move it with the mouse.
18.8 - 16:09:39 the male brought a chick, probably a young heron by the feet
Greetings Petro, it's 6.40 of our time and the eagles are bastions, after a while there won't be much difference between them, the younger one is more interested in food now, the older eagle is probably full, so he leaves him alone, I'm glad it turned out like this, nice day and especially health
Hello Dáša, fortunately they have enough food, the male carries 4-5 fish a day, sometimes they have some birds on their diet, at 15:06 (time on camera) there is a close-up shot and it is beautiful to see that even a small SE26 is starting to grow new feathers . I also wish you a nice day and good health 🙂
15.8 06:30 puppies after a small breakfast, SE25 stretches its wings at 06:35 you can see new feathers sprouting on its wings 07:05 female feeds, gets mainly SE26 already looks much better 🙂 at 07.07: 56 lands on the nest of males , here you can see the difference between a female and a male, not only in size, but especially the features on the wings.
Hello Petro,
so the older and bigger eagle may have given peace to the smaller one, he just holds it with his wing sometimes, the smaller one now reports well on food, it seems to me that one of the parents alternates them nicely, but I don't know if it's mom or dad, I I don't know, for me they are both the same, it's nice to peek at them when they feed them, have a good time
Hello Dáša, it looks like this, the younger one is more penetrating and can find a suitable position when feeding. The female has more white feathers on her right wing and is a little bigger than the male, they can only be recognized by that. Have a nice day and good health.
14.8 - 06:21 feeding, it looks like the squirrels are eating flounder
12.8. camera time 09.16.28 -close-up shot of a female sitting on a branch- it suits her very well. 10.30 -the older cub is really out to the world.
10.8 EagleCAM update
August 9 and 10, 2020 - More bad weather, bringing lots of birds, some were seagull chickens, others have not yet been identified. In general, food returns, both chickens eat, but SE25 definitely eats more. It is much larger than SE26. The aggression continued, caused by both chickens, more SE25. The SE26 has evolved more slowly and is definitely less mobile. Remember that eagles are birds of prey / birds of prey that kill to survive.
Watching this nest is not for everyone. We are honored to experience this little window into their lives.

10.8. - 16:37 he finally got to feed SE26
10.8 - Time on camera 15:56 the male brought a young seagull as prey
Camera time 07.40- close-up shots of the whole family, it's still blowing pretty hard. 07.47feeding - the younger eagle is visibly smaller up close. The female feeds quite often during the day, sometimes even eagles are not interested and sleep. 15.56 the male arrives with the caught bird… it is probably still alive, so I prefer not to watch other shots.
10.8 There has been a strong wind in the area since yesterday, with transmission often falling. The second camera with a view of the nesting tree on the official website. https://sea-eaglecam.org/video.html
7.8. camera time 06.35 feeding, more is asked for food bigger eagle 11.30 male eats lunch at the nest 11.45 female is about to feed 11.46.33 older chick "attacks" younger - perhaps there will be no major disagreements 🙁 Younger eagle should add in feeding. Later it rains, the female warms the young.
6.8. camera time 11.30. 57 eagles are out for the world, the older one is rearranging the twig 🙂 11.56 feeding
5.8 Camera online again
5,8 Transmission failure
Time on camera 13.47- feeding. The larger eagle is more active, the female goes lower to feed the smaller ones. Later, the female eats food and takes care of herself.
On camera 15.56- Beautiful shots of feeding. The female distributes food fairly, when she falls to the smaller eagle, she gives it to him again. :) :)
1.8 - 06:26 feeding
Have a nice day. Beautiful shots of little eagles and caring parents feeding and warming them.
