Black Stork - webcam from the nest
Stork black - description
Online camera straight from the nest black stork. It is a large, predominantly black bird with bronze shining, a red long beak and a white belly. Between males and females there is almost no difference, youngs are matt brown with a gray-green beak.
Stork black lives individually and very secretly. A nest of sticks and branches is hidden in forests in the crowns of old trees or rocks. Black storks feed on fish and other small animals. It hunts them mainly in smaller watercourses. It usually suffers 3-5 eggs, from which the youngsters with white feathers are hatched after a month. She spends her age over 15 for years.

15.7. 12.33 min. A parent arrived, fed a little. they got something.
15.7-12 o'clock I managed to see a stork arriving at noon to feed. I don't know who I don't know them. He tried to feed, but he gave up and bent a second time, but gave nothing and flew away. I haven't seen anything while looking back. Could it be that unknown thing on her back?
It was Kati, she gave them something, they took it straight from their beak. 12: 33: 20 Again Kati With Feeding - Frogs

Urmas update»July 13th, 2019, 11: 33 am
It seems I can stop planning a slow night's visit to the nest along with a security team on the ground!
I am not very worried about the future life of 716A with this reddish transmitter, probably. The situation on the migratory flocks is very different, the birds are not so close together, plus the transmitter will be more covered with feathers (hopefully not completely, though), plus the color will be paler in the future (the last one warned) producers about this color if they are ordered for rock eagles.
What a radio will do, horror….
Here Urmas described the problem with one transmitter. Urmas wrote: ↑ 12. July 2019, 23: 59 I have to write about a few bugs today, but now it only touches the color of the transmitter. Now we didn't have a second transmitter for Black Storks, but we had the option of using one brown radio set for the Golden Eagle. So without any doubt about the color problem we decided to add one transmitter we have. It is the same size, only there is no raised solar panel, but a classic version. For some reason it seems to be redder as it is in hand, but the important thing is that the male stork noticed some danger in it and wanted to... read more
13.7. 10: 56 arrived Karl feed !!
13.7.- I watch back again if I missed feeding young storks. I found nothing. Does anyone know if their parents fed? Why is their return and feeding so long?
The last time Karl2 was feeding around 8 for hours. After ringing in the evening he flew to the nest and immediately left. The young did not eat any more over 24 hours.
Can parents not come back? And then what….
19:30
The parents are trying to land on the nest for the fifth time, but the cubs are as stunted, still failing…
19: 00 are both on their feet…. :-))
18: 10 - they're still buzzing, hopefully recovering ....
It is not easy to decide when it is necessary to give a baby radio, ringing is fine, here you could ring three weeks ago, but the radio needs young storks some weight ... Urmas Selis certainly knows what he does and jumping out of the nest expecting ... The main thing is that everything went well.
Jojo, hat down, before such hard work… they are smart guys… :-)))
12.7.-18.51 Successfully returned to the nest.
Well, that was the "operation" thumb up gentlemen ... great. :-))))
12.7.-17.15 There is a parent on the nest waiting for them. It's wonderful that it was done, ringing it and adding a radio. They are already big chicks. I'm still waiting to put them on the nest.
